Return Policy

Lilac Tree is dedicated to meticulously inspecting each pair and ensuring careful packaging of all your orders. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, one with a manufacturing defect, or one that differs from your order, you are eligible for a refund or replacement upon returning the goods to us. If you find yourself in the aforementioned situation, please contact us at care@lilactree.au within 48 hours of receiving the package

Every product from Lilac Tree is skilfully handcrafted, resulting in unique pieces where no two are exactly alike. Due to the nature of handwork, including embroidery and embellishment, slight variations may occur. It's important to note that these variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

Change of Mind Return

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Exchange Policy

When ordering your favourite pair, please refer to our size chart guidelines. If you wish to request an exchange for a different size, please do so within 15 days of receiving the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return and shipping costs.

Exchanges can only be made for the same style in a different size. If your desired size is not available, you may exchange it for another style of similar value or above.

Refund Policy

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accommodate exchange requests for damaged, torn, or used products.
